Annual athletics meet 2019 of NSS Training College, Ottapalam was held on 02 nd March 2019. The program started with the March Past of various houses. After that flag hoisted by Principal in charge, Dr. Ampili Aravind, chief guest of the day,followed by the oath taking by student teachers . Mr.Akhil K Sreedhar, Asst.Professor, Dept of Physical Education delivered welcome speech for the program 'URJJA' .Dr Ampili Aravind inaugurated the function .Mr. Hari V R, Chairman, College Union presided over the function. Sri Muraleedharan, Physical Education Teacher, NSS KPT School, Ottapalam and Mr. Suresh Kumar, non-teaching Staff delivered felicitation for the program. Mrs. Sancy S, General Captain offered Vote of thanks.The meet ended successfully with variety of programs like 4*100 mtr mixed relay, walking , Long jump, 100,200, 400 mtr races ,shot put , discuss throw and javelin throw . Mr. Muhammed Nishad of Green house was selected as the individual champion from men category and Miss Sreedivya, Red house as the individual champion from women category . Green house won the meet with 70 points and Yellow house got runner position with 50 points . Prizes were distributed .
